Fairy Opal Wire Wrapped Pendant 
This lovely Fairy Opal Pendant is wrapped in copper wire, oxidised and waxed and polished, with a 3mm wide, extra long leather cord.  Fairy Opal is only found in Queensland and is formed in porous sandstone, it is then treated to blacken the sandstone, which in turn, makes it easier to see the opal colours.
